In July 2012 tax administration in Nemirov district (Vinnitskaya region) decorated the subsidiary “Ukrainian vodka company “Nemiroff” with the Commendation for bona fide tax payment. Occasion took place during the celebration of the Day of tax administration, traditionally celebrated on July 2^nd.

For overcoming the conflict Nemiroff is developing an alternative model of import and production

As a result of the conflict of shareholders work of the Russian mission of Nemiroff company is paralyzed. The office of the Trading house is closed, the warehouses do not dispatch production. Thus deliveries to Russia are being proceeded in usual conditions. The owner of the largest share holding (25 % + 2 shares) of Nemiroff Holding is at work upon development of alternative model of import and deliveries to distributors. The state registrar of Nemirov regional state administration of Vinnitsa region, Aleksandr Andriychenko, registered Alla Glus instead of Yuriy Sorochinskiy in the state register of legal and physical persons-entrepreneurs on July, 7^th  as the general director of one of the biggest producers of the alcohol “Ukrainian vodka company “Nemiroff” (Vinnitsa region).
