Aleksandr Glus: Declarations about transfer of production is speculation

Conflict between the shareholders of Nemiroff reached the new round. In response to the declaration made by the part of the shareholders about possible transfer of production out from Ukraine Aleksandr Glus promised to block all actions of majority shareholders, having called them as speculative.

According to Glus, the board meeting of Nemiroff company took place in Vienna on December 9^th , during which some issues in agenda, related to the operational activity of the company which experienced difficulties at the moment, were discussed.

However, some items of the agenda were not in the competence of the board of directors pursuant to the internal documents of the holding, which regulated functioning
